To make undergraduates have a more convenient and in-depth understanding of the research direction and postgraduate training of each research group room of the college, the school of materials carries out online communication activities for students through online tutor promotion meetings, special publicity, and introduction, open day of research group room and other ways. On July 1, the first phase of the seventh postgraduate entrance mentor recommendation and introduction meeting was held. It was hosted by Professor Jiaping Lin's research group and carried out in the form of an online live broadcast, laboratory visit, and interactive consultation, which attracted the attention of a large number of undergraduates.

With vivid examples and pictures, this paper describes the development of polymer self-assembly and the innovative breakthrough of polymer material genome and focuses on the innovative research work of the research group in new materials, new technologies, and new theories. On the afternoon of July 6, the school of materials held a postgraduate entrance mentor recommendation and introduction meeting on the online platform, and more than 120 students of 2017 participated in the online activities. Yanjie Hu, vice president of the school of materials, introduced the basic information of the tutors of each group participating in the online promotion meeting to the students. He hoped to enhance the communication between the students and the college tutors through the online platform and expected ECUST to become a new starting point and platform for the Graduate Studies of all students.
