Academic Events | The American famous polymer scientist, Zhengdi Cheng, visited East China University of Science and Technology and gave a lecture

On October 13, the famous polymer scientist, Zhengdi Cheng, from Akron-University was invited to visit East China University of Science and Technology. President Xuhong Qian introduced the development of the school to Professor Cheng and hoped that Professor Cheng would strongly support the construction of polymer discipline. Then President Qian accompanied Professor Cheng to visit the analysis and testing center.

After the visit, Professor Cheng gave an academic report named "Self assemblies of block copolymers in different environments" in the auditorium of Yifu Building. After the report, accompanied by Professor Jiaping Lin, Dean of the School of Materials, Professor Cheng visited the research center and the polymer material processing center and gave much valuable advice on the development of the polymer discipline.
